Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient) — Hamilton, GA | Flexible Schedule, No Call

Join a growing outpatient team in Hamilton, Georgia, delivering patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, supportive setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend coverage, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one half-day (Saturday or Sunday), 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, comprehensive primary care for adults, including preventive care and chronic disease management
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), evaluate and manage acute and urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on wellness and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with clinical staff to achieve quality outcomes and continuity of care
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage an average patient volume of ~2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine, as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care
