Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice in Braselton, GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) during clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• One weekend day every other week: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call duties

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adult patients
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Collaborate closely with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a typical patient volume of about 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism and strong communication with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary range: $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine if applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient-centered care
