Outpatient Family Medicine Physician — Buckhead (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Buckhead, Georgia, where you’ll deliver thoughtful, comprehensive care in a supportive, team-based setting. This role is ideal for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values a patient-centered approach, predictable hours, and collaboration—without on-call duties.

Schedule

• Work three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday) within extended hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• No on-call responsibilities.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults.
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Address urgent care needs in a primary care environment.
• Counsel patients on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to support quality outcomes.
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours.
• Manage a patient panel averaging about 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins.
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary range: $230,000–$280,000 plus a 20–30% incentive structure.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered).
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
