Outpatient Pediatrician — Community-Focused, Spanish-Speaking Patients, Partnership Track

Join a well-established, community-focused pediatric practice serving families across Central and Northern New Jersey, based in North Bergen. We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate pediatrician who values continuity of care and wants to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient pediatric care and participate in periodic newborn rounding.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families in a diverse community, including many Spanish-speaking households.
• Focus on office-based medicine—no deliveries or C-section coverage required.

Schedule

• Full-time, five-day work week
• Every other Saturday rotation
• When you work a Saturday, you’ll have one weekday off that week

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $190,000–$210,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active or eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred to better serve our community
