Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Bilingual (Spanish) Outpatient Role, $130140K, Partnership Track

Join a community-focused pediatric practice serving Central and Northern New Jersey. Seeking a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work primarily from our Perth Amboy office. Optional coverage at North Bergen available but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care.
• Conduct newborn hospital rounding ~every 6 weeks (no deliveries or C-section coverage).
• Manage routine well-child visits, sick visits, immunizations, and developmental assessments.
• Communicate with families and coordinate care with physicians and support staff.

Schedule

• Full-time, 5-day work week.
• Every-other-Saturday rotation; one weekday off during weeks that include Saturday.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active or eligible New Jersey license.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Spanish proficiency preferred to serve a large Hispanic patient population.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary $130,000–$140,000 DOE.
