Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Flexible Schedule, No On-Call (Alpharetta, GA)

Join a growing outpatient team in Alpharetta, GA, delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays (Monday–Friday) between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel averaging 2–2.2 patients per hour (including walk-ins)
• Maintain professional, patient-focused interactions with patients and staff

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as appropriate)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and commitment to patient-centered care
