Primary Care Physician (Family/Internal Medicine) — Sign-On Bonus — Waterville, ME

We’re looking for Family or Internal Medicine physicians to become part of a collaborative team in Waterville, Maine, focused on delivering high-quality, accessible, and patient-centered care. Our approach blends team-based care, modern technology, convenient access, and a mix of in-person and virtual services—including urgent care—to create a more connected, efficient, and satisfying experience for patients and clinicians alike.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
• Create evidence-based treatment plans and deliver preventive care.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate services and follow-up.
• Use virtual care tools and other technology to improve access and continuity.
• Educate patients about prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary range: $135,000–$290,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license that must be maintained during employment.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (must be an approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted).
