Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage the full spectrum of foot and ankle conditions (acute and chronic)
• Perform advanced foot and ankle surgical procedures
• Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and coding
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
• Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
• Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to a high-touch, patient-focused subspecialty practice model
