General Dentist — Roanoke Rapids, NC (FT, Underserved Community Care)

Join a patient-centered medical/dental home in scenic northeastern North Carolina and help deliver high-quality oral care to a diverse community—especially those who are underserved. You’ll work in modern clinics equipped with digital imaging and eClinicalWorks (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management. The typical schedule is four 10-hour days per week, treating patients of all ages in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Compensation & incentives:

• Competitive salary: $165,000–$170,000 (dependent on experience)
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance when applicable
• Annual continuing education support: up to $3,000 and 40 hours
• Eligible for NHSC Scholars, Loan Repayment Program, and Students to Service
• Potential state high-needs bonus available for dentists without outstanding student loans

What we’re looking for:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred, or completion of a residency
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks and drug screening
• A commitment to serving a diverse and underserved patient population
