Outpatient Adult Primary Care Physician — Full-Time (Family Medicine/Internal Medicine) — Brockton, MA

A well-established, multidisciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, MA is seeking a full-time Adult Primary Care Physician to join its growing team. This is a 100% outpatient, clinic-based position focused exclusively on adult medicine, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), no call, and no weekend responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a busy outpatient setting
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to coordinate team-based care
• Promote preventive health, patient education, and chronic disease management to improve outcomes
• Support a patient-centered model focused on community health and reducing disparities

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $220,000–$258,824 annually

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, or eligible for, Massachusetts medical license

• Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health settings preferred
