Outpatient Pediatrician — Established Family Practice, No Call & Flexible Schedule

Location: Paterson, New Jersey

Overview:
Join a well-established, family-owned pediatric practice serving the community for 30+ years. This independent, outpatient-only position allows physicians to concentrate on clinical care without inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities. Flexible full- or part-time schedules available; optional Saturday shifts for additional hours.

Clinical Setting:

• 100% outpatient pediatric practice

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $170,000–$200,000 annually (DOE)
