Trauma, Acute Care & Surgical Critical Care Surgeon

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Trauma, Acute Care, and Surgical Critical Care Surgeon to join a highly respected team at an ACS-Verified Level I Trauma Center in Palm Springs, California. This position offers a dynamic blend of trauma surgery, emergency general surgery, acute care surgery, and surgical critical care within a high-volume academic and teaching environment.

Academic & Teaching Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor General Surgery residents and Surgical Critical Care fellows
• Operative teaching in trauma, emergency, and elective cases

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency.
• BC or BE in General Surgery.
• Eligible for California medical licensure.

Preferred

• Fellowship training in Trauma Surgery and/or Surgical Critical Care.
• Experience or strong interest in resident and fellow education.
• Participation in trauma quality improvement, research, or academic initiatives.
