Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Value-Based Care (The Villages, FL)

Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care practice in The Villages, Florida, delivering continuity-focused primary care for adults. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and emphasize prevention and strong patient-provider relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe and manage medications and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to ensure timely patient visits

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Florida medical license and DEA registration in good standing
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
