Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Value-Based Care (Grapevine, TX)

Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Grapevine, TX caring for adults 18+. Physicians manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, coordinate with specialists, and support continuity and strong patient relationships. Reports to clinical leadership.

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000
• Up to 20% annual performance bonus
• Supervising NP stipend: $1,250 per NP/month

Practice details

• Outpatient clinic serving patients 18+
• Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and clinic team
• Monday–Friday schedule; some clinics offer extended hours

Core responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
• Perform comprehensive assessments, histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostics; prescribe medications; create treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to ensure schedule adherence

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM)
  • Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and DEA license in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
