Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Fall River, MA (FT/PT, 4-Day Week)

A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty group in Fall River, MA is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an office-based Family Medicine practice. This role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong continuity of care and a focus on work–life balance.

Schedule and Setting

• Outpatient family medicine practice
• Full-time: 36–40 hours/week, four-day workweek (Thursdays off); no nights or weekends
• Part-time considered: 2–3 days/week
• No on-call responsibilities
• Immediate opening with expedited onboarding

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $120,000–$150,000

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Active Massachusetts NP or PA license
• Current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR)
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the physician-led team
• Prior primary care experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
• Fluency in Portuguese highly desirable
