Job Description

A well-established, physician-owned multispecialty medical group in Fall River, Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the office-based practice of an experienced Family Medicine physician. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and work-life balance.

The position is available full-time (36–40 hours per week, four days per week with Thursdays off and no nights or weekends). Part-time scheduling (2–3 days per week) may also be considered for qualified candidates.


Position Highlights:

  • Outpatient Family Medicine practice
  • Four-day workweek for full-time providers
  • No evenings, nights, call, or weekend responsibilities
  • Collaborative practice with physician supervision and support
  • Immediate opening with expedited onboarding
  • Part-time option available (2–3 days per week)

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Active Massachusetts NP or PA license.
  • Current DEA registration.
  • Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Prior primary care experience preferred.
  • Recent graduates with strong clinical training and confidence in patient management are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is highly desirable.
