Non-Interventional PM&R Physician — Outpatient, 100% Office-Based (Cherry Hill, NJ)

A well-established, privately owned outpatient multidisciplinary practice in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a non-interventional Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join its team. The practice emphasizes conservative management, functional restoration, and comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a physician-led environment.

Position highlights

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; no nights, weekends, or call

Compensation & benefits

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000–$350,000+
• Year 2: transition to a draw on a percentage of collections

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency
• Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred but not required
