Position Details

• Schedule: PRN, part-time, or full-time
• Shifts: Half-day or full-day options
• Setting: Community Health Center / outpatient adult medicine
• Patient volume: Approximately 3–4 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment, bedside manner, and communication skills
