Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Skilled Nursing (Goldsboro, NC)

Location: Goldsboro, NC (additional openings in IL, MA, MI, NH, OH, WI)

Role summary
Provide patient-centered primary and acute care to residents in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to manage chronic and acute conditions, prescribe treatments, and document care in the EHR.

Schedule and duties

• Full-time, flexible scheduling
• Typical shifts: six-hour facility rounds starting between 7:00–10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Daily rounding, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and care coordination
• Use streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation; company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access to UpToDate for clinical guidance

Minimum qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
