Emergency Medicine Physician — Killeen, TX (Sign-On & Relocation Bonuses)

Join a high-volume, well-resourced emergency department in Killeen, Texas, delivering patient-centered care in a 30-bed ED that manages over 50,000 visits annually and functions as a Level IV Trauma Center.

Work schedule and structure:

• Flexible scheduling with four shift types (Day, AM Swing, PM Swing, Night)
• Option to work three consecutive shifts for continuity and improved work–life balance

Compensation and benefits:

• $300 per hour

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage high-acuity and trauma patients in a Level IV trauma setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient, safe patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical record documentation
• Adhere to standards of patient safety and clinical excellence

Qualifications:

• ABEM board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine
• Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform in a high-volume environment
