Locums Primary Care (Family Medicine) Physician — Adult/Senior Care, 4x10, No Inpatient (Green Valley, AZ)

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute, chronic, and complex conditions
• Provide preventive services and long-term chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals as needed
• Create individualized treatment plans and follow patient progress over time
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care
• Take part in quality improvement and patient engagement activities
• Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license required
• Current DEA registration
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered, value-based care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
