Hybrid Outpatient Endocrinologist — Boston Area (Board Certified/Eligible)

Join a leading Endocrinology and Weight Management team just south of Boston, MA. We seek a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our expanding outpatient practice. This role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment, a diverse patient population, and a flexible hybrid schedule.

Position highlights

• Outpatient-only practice with a hybrid schedule and telehealth opportunities
• Four clinical days and one protected administrative day per week
• Collaborative team of endocrinologists and nurse practitioners
• Part of a fully accredited Center for Medical Weight Management
• Multidisciplinary support including a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian
• Established referral network of 60+ primary care physicians
• On-site laboratory and radiology services
• Strong administrative support to maximize clinical time

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive guaranteed base salary for the first two years, transitioning to a productivity-based (wRVU) model with an early productivity option

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Eligible for or holding a Massachusetts medical license
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
