Hospital-Based Cardiology NP/PA — Full-Time, Interventional Cardiology Patients, Fall River MA

Join our hospital-based cardiology team in Fall River, Massachusetts, as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You’ll work closely with experienced cardiologists to provide comprehensive inpatient cardiovascular care in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

What you’ll do

• Manage hospitalized cardiology patients under cardiology supervision, with an emphasis on interventional cardiology patients before and after procedures.
• Coordinate follow-up care and ensure smooth transitions by partnering with Hospitalists, Primary Care Providers, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team.
• Participate in daily rounds, contribute to care planning, and support procedural workflow and post-procedure management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active Massachusetts NP or PA license
• Current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
• Inpatient cardiology experience preferred; experience with cardiac catheterization patients highly desirable
• Familiarity with cardiac diagnoses, cardiac medications, and cardiovascular procedures
• Proficiency with Epic, eClinicalWorks, and general computer applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach to patient care
