Job Description

Join a growing post-acute care team in Springfield, MA as a hospital-based physician providing inpatient care with an emphasis on continuity and recovery. This full-time role offers an excellent work-life balance: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends and no on-call responsibilities.

What we’re looking for

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty.
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure; DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment managing medically complex patients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed.
