Job Description

We’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a growing post-acute care team in Providence, RI. This full-time, facility-based role focuses on inpatient/post-acute care and offers an excellent work-life balance: a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), with no weekends and no on-call responsibilities.

There are also opportunities in North Conway, NH and Burlington and St. Albans, VT.

  • Guaranteed base compensation range: $200,000–$500,000+ (most full-time physicians earn between $300,000–$500,000).

What we’re looking for

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (also welcome: Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialties).
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain one; DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
  • Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine is preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage medically complex patients.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to travel between assigned facilities when needed.
