Locums Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) — Phoenix, AZ (Central or West Valley)

We’re looking for a full-time Locum Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, providing family medicine coverage at one of our clinics. You’ll be scheduled at either the Central Valley or West Valley location based on operational needs, so flexibility to work at either site is required.

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive primary and family medicine care to patients across the lifespan.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams, health assessments, and preventive care visits.
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans and medication regimens.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and act on results.
• Provide patient education focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease self-management.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

What we’re looking for

• Current, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Primary care or family medicine experience preferred.
• Willingness to work at either the Central Valley or West Valley clinic as needed.
