Emergency Medicine Physician — $250/hr, Multi-Site Boston Area, 2832 hrs/wk, Strong APP Support

Join a high-performing, integrated Emergency Medicine department in the Boston, MA area. The team includes 30+ Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers delivering patient-centered care across multiple ED sites.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
• Clinical time split between two Emergency Departments based on departmental needs and provider preference.

Schedule

• 28 or 32 clinical hours per week.
• Two weekends per month required.
• Schedule designed to support work–life balance and predictable coverage.

Minimum qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign medical equivalent.
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Emergency Medicine residency.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM).
• Eligible for full, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
