Primary Care Physician (Internal or Family Medicine) — Lawrence, MA; FT Outpatient, Bilingual Preferred

Join a well-established outpatient primary care team in Lawrence, MA. We’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician (MD/DO) who enjoys continuity care, a diverse patient panel, and a collaborative clinic environment.

What to expect

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
• Average patient load: 14–16 patients per day
• All-ages practice — children through adults
• EMR system: MediTech
• Spanish-speaking clinicians preferred
• New graduates welcome
• Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B encouraged)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
• Board-certified or board-eligible in IM or FM
• Active MA medical license or eligibility and a DEA number
• Eligible for hospital privileges
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment preferred
• Comfortable with EMR use and clinical documentation

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base salary $260,000–$290,000 plus incentives
