We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working collaboratively in a team-based setting to improve health and quality of life for residents.
What you’ll do
- Conduct daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities — manage acute issues, oversee chronic conditions, and develop treatment and medication plans.
- Work efficient six-hour facility shifts (rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
- Focus on care during the day — no overnight duties or on-call requirements.
- Use a streamlined EHR with AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company iPad with LTE to document quickly and accurately.
- Access UpToDate® for immediate, evidence-based clinical guidance.
Why you’ll like working here
- Full-time positions with flexible scheduling to fit your life.
- A compensation package that rewards excellence: highly competitive base pay with an uncapped productivity model.
- Significant long-term incentives — up to $50,000 in retention bonuses — plus performance bonuses.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for eligible providers.
- Paid Time Off, 401(k) with employer match, CME allowance, and licensure reimbursement.
- Practical perks: company iPad with LTE, lab coat, and eligibility for sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance.
Who we’re looking for
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred.
