Hospitalist NP/PA — Flexible 6‑Hour Shifts, No Nights/Call, Up to $50K Retention Bonus

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities across the region. Join a collaborative, team-based practice focused on older adults’ acute and chronic care management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds and assessments in skilled nursing facilities
• Manage acute and chronic conditions; develop and adjust treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order/interpret tests as needed
• Document efficiently in the EHR using AI Scribe and voice dictation
• Communicate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Schedule

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Typical six-hour facility shifts; rounds start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight or on-call responsibilities

Minimum requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent)
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
