Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient, 4-Day Week, No Nights or Weekends (Denver, CO)

We’re looking for a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our patient-focused team in Denver, CO. You’ll practice full-spectrum outpatient medicine within a certified Level II Trauma Center and an integrated care network, partnering with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical consultants. Our team-based model supports chronic disease management, acute care, and preventive services like routine screenings and vaccinations so you can deliver high-quality, comprehensive care without carrying the burden alone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient family medicine, including chronic disease management, acute illness care, and preventive services
• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Active Colorado medical license or the ability to obtain one
• DEA certification in good standing or the ability to obtain one
