OB Hospitalist — Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (Williston, ND)

What this role looks like:

• Full-time hospitalist position where you’ll focus on inpatient OB/GYN care and obstetric emergencies, ensuring consistent, high-quality physician coverage for laboring patients.
• Typical schedule: 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month). No office management duties and no traditional on-call obligations.
• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual salary plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Who we’re looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Licensed in North Dakota or able to obtain licensure
• Confident in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communicator who works well on teams and prioritizes patient-centered care
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
