OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300K$340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call, Garden City KS

Join a caring team in Garden City, KS, where your expertise as an OB/GYN will make a real difference for every pregnant patient who comes through our doors. This role focuses on improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring experienced physician-level care is available for every obstetric presentation.

What you’ll get

• Competitive pay: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling—you set much of your own schedule
• Typical workload: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Kansas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Comfort managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• A dedication to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
