Value-Based Adult Medicine Physician (Family/Internal) — Collaborative Team, 4x10 Option, Green Valley AZ

We’re a physician-led, value-based primary care organization in Green Valley, AZ, committed to high-quality, patient-centered care for adults and seniors. We’re looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a collaborative team focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordinated treatment that improves real health outcomes.

You’ll practice in a supportive environment alongside experienced nurse practitioners, care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and clinical support staff—so you can concentrate on delivering excellent patient care. Our outpatient setting emphasizes teamwork, continuity, and value-driven medicine.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and senior patients, diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate specialty referrals when needed.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes and promote preventive health and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient engagement initiatives.
• Keep accurate, timely electronic medical records.

Who we’re looking for:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one, and current DEA registration.
• A strong commitment to value-based, patient-centered care and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
