Key responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope outpatient primary care to adults and families
• Manage chronic conditions with evidence-based, preventive approaches
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members (nurses, behavioral health, care managers)
• Document care in a modern EMR and participate in quality/outcomes initiatives
• Participate in patient outreach, care planning, and value-based performance metrics

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $232,506 – $348,758 annually

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Current, unrestricted Nevada medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• Successful completion of TB test
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to high-quality, value-based primary care
