Community-Focused Dentist (FT/PRN) — $160$220K + Loan Forgiveness & Great Benefits

Location: Detroit Lakes, Minnesota (multiple Michigan locations also available)

Position type: Full-time and PRN

Compensation and incentives

• Base salary: $160,000–$220,000 plus incentive program
• State and Federal Student Loan Forgiveness: up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as needed
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary colleagues and community health providers
• Use advanced technology: digital charting, advanced digital imaging, digital scanning
• Maintain professional, patient-centered communication and documentation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD preferred
