Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care: prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum management
• Provide gynecologic care: routine exams, preventive services, and surgical interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, midlevel providers, and ancillary services for coordinated care
• Deliver patient education and counseling on women’s health issues
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an OB/GYN residency program and an OB/GYN fellowship program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a West Virginia medical license
