Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient Gastroenterology practice based in Casper, Wyoming. No prior Gastroenterology experience is required—providers with a strong primary care or internal medicine background are encouraged to apply.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Patient Population: Adults (18+)
- Patient Volume: Approximately 12–16 patients per day
- Hospital Rounding: None
- Travel: Potential travel to outreach clinic locations as needed
- Travel Reimbursement: 100% reimbursement provided for all outreach-related travel
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions
- Perform new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
- Educate patients on disease management, medications, and preventive care
- Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and the clinical support team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
- Provide care at outreach clinic locations as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual average earnings between 170-200k
- Base Salary: $110,000–$120,000
- 45% Production Bonus

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board Certified as an NP or PA
- Active Wyoming NP or PA license or eligibility for licensure
- Gastroenterology or adult internal medicine experience preferred
