Hospitalist Physician — 7-on/7-off Schedule | Fall River, MA

What the role looks like

• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, assigned to one of two local hospitals for each weekly block.
• Shifts:
  • Rounding Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Admitting “Swing” Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• You should be willing to rotate between the two shifts; there are no required overnight shifts.
• Optional additional shifts are available for those who want extra income.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive base salary: estimated $260,000 – $315,000+ (varies with experience and shift participation)

Minimum qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
