Compensation & benefits
- Target base compensation around $700,000 ( +/- )

Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive neurosurgical care, including operative and nonoperative management of complex conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in shared call coverage to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based best practices
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-specialty practice setting
