Compensation & benefits

  • Target base compensation around $700,000 ( +/- )

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive neurosurgical care, including operative and nonoperative management of complex conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in shared call coverage to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based best practices

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
  • Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-specialty practice setting
