Job Description
We’re expanding our critical care team north of Boston and looking for skilled Intensivists to join us in day and night roles. We’re a physician-led hospital medicine and critical care group providing trusted, high-quality staffing to hospitals across Massachusetts. Our focus is on excellent patient care, clinician development, and strong hospital partnerships — and we’d love committed clinicians to help us continue that work.
Compensation & benefits
- Competitive base salary: $320,000–$350,000 (dependent on experience, schedule, and qualifications)

What you’ll do
- Provide full-spectrum critical care in the ICU on a 7-on / 7-off schedule to support work–life balance
- Lead daily ICU rounds and manage admissions, discharges, and continuity of care for critically ill patients
- Oversee ventilator management and perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams — nursing, respiratory therapy, consultants — to create and implement patient-centered care plans
- Document care efficiently using Cerner EMR
- Participate in quality improvement projects and help promote best practices in critical care
Who we’re looking for
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary & Critical Care, or Internal Medicine/Critical Care
- Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, critically ill patients
- Strong communicator and team player who values collaboration
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
