Nocturnist Physician — Competitive Pay, 7-on/7-off Schedule near Boston (MA)

Location: North of Boston, Massachusetts

Overview:

Schedule:

• 7-on / 7-off night rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care during night shifts (admissions, daily assessments, rounding, discharges)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Cerner EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and operational initiatives

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM)
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills; commitment to evidence-based practice
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital setting
