OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Auburn, Washington (Full-Time)

Join a hospitalist team providing expert, consistent care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital. This role emphasizes patient safety, quality improvement, and collaborative practice with local obstetricians while preserving work–life balance.

• Auburn, Washington (other opportunities in Everett, Kirkland, Olympia, Silverdale, Tacoma)

Key details

• Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 salary plus full benefits
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts/month (≈21 days off/month). Create your own schedule. No on-call or office management duties.

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN care and manage obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing, and ancillary teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
• Support continuity and standards of care for labor and delivery

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Washington medical license or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and comprehensive inpatient care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
