This full-time OB/GYN hospitalist role offers an excellent work/life balance while partnering with local obstetricians to deliver high-quality inpatient and emergency obstetric care. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYNs with strong clinical and communication skills, a commitment to quality improvement, and a passion for advancing maternal and newborn health.

Opportunities available in Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Mount Pleasant, Myrtle Beach, Summerville, and Walterboro, South Carolina.

Position highlights

• Competitive salary: $340,000–$360,000 plus full benefits
• Schedule: Typically seven 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly); full-time hospitalist with flexible scheduling and no on-call office responsibilities

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
