Board-Certified/Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon — Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join an established, patient-focused practice in Brooklyn, NY. The position involves providing comprehensive surgical care to adult and pediatric patients within a collaborative team environment equipped with experienced clinical staff and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage oral and maxillofacial conditions for adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform a broad range of surgical procedures, including trauma management, dentoalveolar surgery, implant placement, and office-based anesthesia cases.
• Coordinate perioperative care, including prescribing and managing medications, referrals, and post-operative follow-up.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory, safety, and infection-control protocols.
• Work collaboratively with dental and medical colleagues and support staff to optimize patient care and clinic workflow.

Qualifications

• DDS, DMD, MD, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Active New York medical and/or dental license, or ability to obtain prior to start.
• DEA registration and New York controlled-substance certification, or eligibility to obtain.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with office-based anesthesia and implant surgery preferred.
