Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist Physician — Hazleton or West Chester, PA

We’re looking for experienced OB/GYN physicians to join our hospitalist team in Hazleton and West Chester, Pennsylvania. In this role you’ll help ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital receives timely, expert care—improving patient safety and satisfaction across our units.

You’ll collaborate closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a schedule that supports work/life balance. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care, and committed to clinical excellence, quality improvement, and clear, compassionate communication.

What this role offers:

• Competitive salary range of $300,000–$340,000 plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist position with a customizable schedule—typically 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)
• No office management duties and no traditional on-call responsibilities

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• A commitment to continuous improvement in clinical practice
