OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Belleville or Denville, NJ (Full-Time)

Join a hospitalist OB/GYN team providing expert, inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care to improve patient safety and satisfaction. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining a strong work/life balance and clinical autonomy.

Locations

• Belleville, NJ (also opportunities in Denville, NJ)

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 per year plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist position; build your own schedule
• Typical schedule: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off monthly)
• No on-call responsibilities or office management

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Manage labor and delivery and obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing, and hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
