Shift options (multiple formats)

• 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour OR shifts
• 24-hour trauma shifts available
• Minimal call responsibilities — no traditional nightly call. Expect roughly 4–5 evening (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) shifts per year and one weekend shift per month.

Clinical scope and volume

• Diverse case mix: General surgery, gynecology, ENT, urology, orthopedics, spine, vascular, cardiovascular, neurosurgery, robotics, and gastroenterology.
• Practice across two sites with about 12,000 surgical cases annually, including more than 700 cardiac procedures each year.
• Opportunities to mentor Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists and participate in professional development.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, NBCRNA board certified.
• Active Florida APRN license or eligibility to obtain one.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• ATLS required for providers who participate on the trauma team.
