OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Kansas City Area (Full-Time, $300$340K)

We are hiring Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to provide expert inpatient and labor & delivery care across our hospitalist program. Physicians will manage obstetric emergencies, admit and manage inpatient OB/GYN patients, and collaborate with local obstetricians to ensure consistent, high-quality care for every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital.

Locations

• Kansas City, Poplar Bluff, Sedalia, Springfield, and Warrensburg, Missouri.

Compensation and schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits.
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly).
• No office management responsibilities and no traditional on-call duties.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Missouri medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong clinical, communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
