Position highlights

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly).
• No office management duties and no traditional on-call responsibilities.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensed in Kentucky or able to obtain a Kentucky medical license.
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and delivering comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator, team player, and dedicated to continuous improvement and excellent patient care.
